Appointment policy:

As a courtesy, our team will remind you of your appointment 3 days prior to the date of your appointment.
If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask you to inform us at that time.

The following will be subject to a $40 USD fee:

1. Cancellations made less than 2 days before an appointment.
2. Rescheduling an appointment more than 2 times.
3. Not showing up to a scheduled appointment.
   
   

We value your time and ours. Not showing up to a scheduled appointment prevents other patients from being able to schedule that time for needed visits.
